Because most of our items are handmade, each piece carries its own unique character—slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish are natural and reflect the human touch behind every creation. These variations are not defects, but signs of genuine craftsmanship.

If your order does not meet your expectations, we are committed to working with you fairly and respectfully.

Return Eligibility

You may return unused, undamaged items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. All returns must include original packaging, tags, and any accompanying materials.

Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor differences from product photographs are normal and not grounds for return. We photograph our items accurately, but natural materials like wool, hemp, wood, and metal may vary slightly from batch to batch.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized orders (e.g., custom-length mala beads or engraved items)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@handcraftsgallery.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within one business day with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Alternatively, we can issue store credit upon request, which can be used immediately on our website.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For change-of-mind returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to our error (e.g., wrong, damaged, or defective items): Handcrafts Gallery will cover return shipping.

International Orders

We accept returns from international customers for eligible items. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by your country are non-refundable and remain your responsibility.
