1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Handmade or custom items may require additional crafting time — clearly noted on the product page.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Here’s what you need to know:

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Important: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees levied by their country.
- These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local postal or customs authority upon delivery.
- We cannot refund orders due to buyer refusal to pay customs fees.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages
- If your package is lost or hasn’t arrived within 21 business days (Standard) or 14 days (Express), please contact us.
- For damaged items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- We will work with the carrier and ensure a replacement or resolution.
